What's AFES?

特定非営利活動法人 アジア食環境持続化支援協会は、アジア全体の適正な食環境循環の構築と、それを通じた国際貢献を目的に、2024年3月に東京都立産業技術大学院大学を母体に設立されました。

尚、当法人は2024年5月24日、東京都公立大学法人より、東京都立産業技術大学院大学発ベンチャーとして、正式に認定されております。

AFES's Purpose

私たちは、アジアの自然がもたらす天然の恵みであるフルーツやナッツ、お茶などの農産物を、 それらが本来持つ栄養素をできる限り損なわず加工したうえ、お客様にお届けし、 その風味を楽しんでいただくこと。

そしてその活動を通じてアジア全体の食環境を豊かにすること。 その双方の実現を目的として作られたNPO法人です。
